Good morning pot roast taste test.
The pot roast for tonight’s OMG! Dinner and a Movie at O Cinema is edible, if not irresistible. I happily waited around the warm wood-burning oven this morning to taste this evening’s turn of the century New York inspired menu, by Harry’s chef de cuisine Manny Sulbaran. (He then had to chase me away with the broom to leave some for the rest of the Harry’s staff.)
