11 oz glass
Fill 2/3 with ice
Fill half-way with G-LG Lemonade
Fill to top with Homebrew
Stir gently
Garnish with Candied Ginger
G-LG Lemonade
3 parts Ginger-Lemongrass syrup
2 parts lemon juice
5 parts water
Kimchi Michelada $5
11 oz glass with salted rim
Fill 2/3 with ice
1.5 oz KM mix
Optional - 1 bar spoon of assburn hot sauce
Top with Homebrew
Stir gently
Garnish with Celery, Spicy pickle and olive on bamboo spear
KM mix
Kimchi Bloody 6 parts
1 part Worcestershire
1 part lime (I know there is lime in the mix but it needed more)
3 dashes Maggi per part
