Thanks everyone for coming out to make our first #BEERBRUNCH such fun. Special thanks to @whiskgourmet chef Brendan Connor for making such good food!! See him above at preshift explaining his six delicious courses, including juevos rancheros, amazing tomato potato salad, fried buttermilk chicken with bacon fat biscuit and red eye gravy, WGFC short rib bulls eye pie, and avocado panna cotta with salted caramel. Of course we put the emphasis on Drinking Like a Local all day, including Michael’s Genuine Home Brew beer cocktails.
It’s on to the next one already, and while the date in October is to be confirmed, we’re very excited to announce that we’ll have The Federal chefs in the house. They’re already versed on our homebrew as the only other restaurant in town serving it on draught!
